Ans: Sunita Williams is a famous astronaut. She was the second woman of Indian origin to go into space. She served as a flight engineer. She did four spacewalks in a total of 29 hours and 17 minutes.  

(ii) Why did Sunita not have to comb her hair in space?
Ans: 
There is no force of gravity in space and everything floats there. Combs are meant to get hair in place which is not possible in space therefore, Sunita didn't comb her hair in space.

Ans: 
The meals in space are very similar to the Earth. Foods like apples and vegetables are eaten just as they are. Some space foods are eaten by adding some hot water and once the water is absorbed, they squeeze it into their mouth.

Ans:
Sunita Williams described the earth's view from the spaceship as something beautiful and amazing. They watched it for hours from the window of the spaceship. They could clearly see the curved surface of the earth.

Ans: 
Sunita wanted to say that the land on earth is divided into different countries just on paper. It is actually in our minds. There is no such differentiation in reality. Earth is all intact. So, looking at the earth from space, the earth looks quite different.
