0:4:22: the Nazis scared and separated the Jews
0:4:25: from others in Germany from 1933 to 1938
0:4:29: and then put them in special areas from
0:4:32: 1939 to 1945.

0:4:37: which were part of a system of
0:4:39: concentration and extermination camps
0:4:43: the Nazis forced Jews to live in
0:4:45: terrible conditions and many died from
0:4:48: starvation disease and exhaustion
0:4:51: the Nazis also implemented a program
0:4:54: called euthanasia which involved the
0:4:56: killing of people who were considered
0:4:58: sick disabled or otherwise unfit for

0:5:27: the euthanasia program was a horrific

0:5:31: overall the Nazis wanted to create a
0:5:34: community of only pure and healthy
0:5:36: Germans by getting rid of anyone they
0:5:39: didn't like

0:6:57: undesirables of the Nazi Empire
