Overhead Reverse Toss
How to Play:
Form teams of five students standing in a line facing each other.
The first student throws the ball over their head to the next student.
The next student catches and throws the ball back over their head.
The first student joins the back of the line.
Repeat until each student has thrown and caught the ball 10 times.
Purpose: Develop throwing and catching skills, improve reaction time.
Variations: Change the distance, size of the ball, and types of passes.
Throw it Back
Material Needed: Medium-sized balls.
How to Play:
Form teams of 10 students with one leader in the middle.
The leader chest-passes the ball to a student, who chest-passes it back after doing three jumping jacks.
The leader continues to pass the ball to the next student.
Purpose: Learn to shift focus from one movement to another, improve balance and coordination.
Variations: Change types of passes (bounce pass, overhead pass).
Bucket it Up
