∠OQP = ∠OPQ = 30° [Q Angles opposite to equal sides are equal] 
∠POQ = 180° – (30° + 30°) = 120° 
Reflex ∠POQ = 360° – 120° = 240° 
We know that, angle subtended by an arc at the centres double the angle subtended by it on the remaining part of the circle. 
so, ∠PRQ = 1/ 2 Reflex ∠POQ
