Subject: Request for a Separate Grievance Office for the Public
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Mohit Soni, a resident of Jaipur, writing to bring to your attention the issue of unresolved public grievances in the Vaishali Nagar area. Currently, residents submit their complaints to the municipal office, but due to its overwhelming workload, these grievances often remain unaddressed for extended periods. As a result, people are forced to wait for days or even months to receive a response, causing frustration and inconvenience.
The lack of an effective grievance redressal system has led to significant distress among residents. Despite submitting multiple applications regarding this issue, no concrete action has been taken so far. Therefore, I sincerely urge you to consider establishing a separate grievance office to address public complaints efficiently and ensure the well-being of the citizens.
I request you to take immediate action on this matter and implement a dedicated redressal mechanism at the earliest. Your intervention in this issue will greatly benefit the residents and improve overall civic administration.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Mohit Soni
