MAH-CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Here are the eligibility criteria for the MAH-CET 2025 exam that candidates have to fulfil before filling out the application form: 

• Candidate must be a graduate of a recognised university.
• The minimum marks required are 50 per cent in aggregate (45 per cent in the case of reserved category candidates)
• Final-year students awaiting their results are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates appearing for CAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA can apply for MAH MBA CET counselling or MBA CAP.

MAH-CET  2025 Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

The exam pattern of MAH-CET  2025 is as follows: 

• Exam Mode: MAH-CET  2025 will be conducted through online (CBT) mode. 
• Type of Questions: The paper will contain Multiple-choice questions for each question. 
• Number of Questions: There will be 200 questions in the question paper. 
• Time Duration: The duration of the exam will be 150 minutes. 
• Marking Scheme: One mark will be awarded for each correct response.

Logical and Abstract Reasoning

• Around 75 questions in the MAH CET exam focus on Logical Reasoning.
• Most of these questions are centred on non-verbal reasoning, with only a small number related to verbal reasoning.
• More than half of the questions in the Logical Reasoning section are presented in the form of sets.
• The remaining questions are standalone items.
• ​The topics will be set to check the candidate’s decision-making power. This portion will include Relationships, Puzzles etc. 

Verbal Ability/ Reading Comprehension

• This section has a total of 50 questions, divided into three groups.
• It includes 5-8 reading comprehension passages, which are usually short or of medium length.
• The rest of the questions assess your grammar knowledge and vocabulary.
• This section will include topics from Comprehension, Adjectives, Verbs, Errors, Synonyms, One Words, Antonyms, etc. 

Quantitative Aptitude

• There are about 50 to 60 questions related to Quantitative topics.
• Among these, around 50 questions focus on arithmetic topics.
• Additional questions cover subjects like algebra, geometry, and modern mathematics.
• Some sections include questions on Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency, while others do not.

MAH-CET 2025 Exam Result

The MAH MBA CET 2025 result will be announced online at the Maharashtra State CET website. Candidates will be required to download their scorecard by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official website
• Click on the 'Scorecard download' section
• Enter application number and date of birth
• PDF of MAH MBA CET scorecard will be displayed
• Click on download and save your scorecard on the desktop

MAH-CET 2025 Exam Counselling

After the declaration of MAH MBA CET 2025 result a counselling process will be held to allot seats to candidates in participating colleges. Officially called the Centralised Admission Process or CAP, it will be conducted about two months after MBA CET 2025 result declaration. The MAH CET CAP process will include the following stages:

• Online registration for MBA CAP
• Round wise MAH MBA CET 2025 cut off release and seat allotment
• Completion of admission formalities by candidates

Candidates who will clear the MBA CET exam will be eligible for the Centralised Admission Process or CAP round. This is a common counselling process in which candidate are allotted MBA/MMS seats in MAH CET participating colleges. If they meet the college cut off, they will be allotted a seat in that college. Candidates having appeared in CAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA/GMAT can also participate in MAH CET CAP.
