RPSC RAS Exam Pattern 2023
The RPSC RAS 2023 Exam will consist of two phases: Prelims and Mains. The Preliminary stage is meant to qualify candidates, while the mains will be selective. Candidates who pass both prelims and mains will be invited to a personal interview round, which will be the final stage of the selection process. RPSC RAS Prelims Exam Pattern
A preliminary exam is a screening test and only a limited number of candidates will be called for Mains Exam.
- The questions in RPSC RAS Prelims Exam will be Multiple-choice questions of 200 marks.
- The difficulty level will be of graduation level.
- The RPSC RAS Prelims Exam will consist of only one paper- General Knowledge.
- The candidates qualifying Prelims will be issued with admit card for RPSC Mains Exam.
- The marks scores in the prelims exam will not be counted in the merit list as this is the screening stage for selecting candidates for Mains Exam.

RPSC RAS Mains Exam Pattern Syllabus
The candidates who qualify prelims exam are eligible to appear for the mains exam. The number of candidates will be based on 15 times the number of total vacancy
- The Mains Exam will be a descriptive type paper.
- There will be 4 papers and all papers are compulsory to be attempted.
- The difficulty level of GS Papers will be of graduation level. However, the difficulty level of General English and General Hindi will be of higher secondary level.
- The marks obtained in Mains Exam will be counted in preparing the merit list.

Only the candidates who qualify RPSC RAS Mains Exam will be called for interview round. The RPSC RAS Interview/Personality test consists of 100 Marks in total. The final merit list will be based on the marks scored in Mains Exam and Interview round. There is no specific syllabus discussed by the commission for the personal interview round/personality test. In this stage, the candidates will be assessed for their communication skills, physique, knowledge of the concerned field, and also tested on specific knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.
