The application process of SBI PO 2023 comprised several stages-registration, uploading the photograph & signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing of application form, uploading left thumb impression & handwritten declaration, paying the application fee and submitting the application form. The application fee could be paid online. SBI PO application fees are INR 750 for General/EWS/OBC categories and SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from fee payment. SBI PO handwritten declaration plays an important part while filling the application form. The application form is not accepted if candidates do not upload the handwritten declaration. The text for SBI PO handwritten declaration is given below:

Any graduate candidate can apply for SBI PO 2023 exam. Candidates who are in the final year/semester of graduation can apply provisionally, subject to the condition that if they are called for an interview then they must produce proof of having completed graduation. Candidates possessing the qualification of a chartered accountant may also apply. Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) can also apply for the exam.
The list of SBI PO test cities 2023 will be released along with the notification. The prelims exam is conducted at around 200 cities while the mains exam will is conducted at around 70 cities. SBI PO admit card is released separately for the prelims, mains, psychometric test, group exercises and interview. The admit card for the prelims exam is released for all the registered candidates. SBI PO admit card 2023 for the mains exam is released for candidates who qualify the prelims exam. SBI PO admit card for psychometric test is released for candidates who qualify the mains exam. The starting basic SBI PO salary is INR 41,960 (with 4 advance increments). SBI PO pay scale is INR 36,000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840. The post is of Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The official will also be eligible for DA, HRA/Lease rental, CCA, Medical and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.

SBI PO exam is conducted for recruitment to the post of Probationary Officers in the various branches of the bank.
