Can the professor have 90 percent confidence that the mean score for the class on the test would be above 70?

Step1: null hypothesis: H: μ = 70
alternative hypothesis: Ha : μ > 70
Step2: compute the sample mean and standard deviation:

Step3: Compute the t‐value:
