The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) conducts the Group 1 Exam to recruit civil servants for prestigious positions within the Andhra state administration.

  • Paper I – General Studies
  • Paper II – General Aptitude
  • Number of questions: 120 questions
  • Nature of questions: Objective Type (MCQ)
  • Duration: 120 minutes
  • Maximum Marks: 120 marks
  • Negative Marking: 1/3rd of the marks prescribed for the question
