  • Shot Jump (7.26 Kgs for Men/ 4kgs for Women):

Physical Standards

(i.) Physical Measurements:

  • Men: Height must not be less than 162 Centimeters (for Post Codes 34, 35, 36)
  • Women: Height must not be less than 152.5 Centimeters (for Post Code 34)

(ii.) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes in specific areas should meet the following requirements:
