ICAI CA Exam 2024 Update:

ICAI CA Exam 2024

ICAI CA exams for 2024 are scheduled to take place in June and May without any changes in the schedule for public holidays.

Announcement by ICAI

• The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the date sheet for the Chartered Accountant (CA) exams on 25th January.
• The official website for ICAI is icai.org.

Exam Dates

• CA Foundation exams will occur in June on the dates 20th, 22nd, 24th, and 25th of June 2024.
• Intermediate Group 1 exams are scheduled for 3rd, 5th, and 7th May 2024.
• Intermediate Group 2 exams will be held on 9th, 11th, and 13th May 2024.

ICAI Exam Schedule and Duration

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the schedule for the upcoming CA Final exams in May 2024.

Exam Dates

• CA Final Group 1 exams: 2nd, 4th, and 6th May 2024
• CA Final Group 2 exams: 8th, 10th, and 11th January 2024
• International Taxation - Assessment Test (INTT - AT) exams: 10th and 12th May 2024

According to the official notification from ICAI, the exam schedule will not be altered even if any exam day is declared a public holiday by the Central Government or any State Government/Local Bodies.

Exam Duration

The duration of the exams is as follows:

• Foundation exam (Papers 1 and 2), All intermediate papers, and Final exam (Papers 1 to 5) will be 3 hours long, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
• Foundation papers 3 and 4 will be 2 hours long, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
• The Final exam (Paper 6) and INTT - AT exam will be 4 hours long, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

• Both Groups - ₹3300/-
• International Taxation-Assessment Test: ₹2000

• Commencement of submission of online examination application forms for Main, PQC, and Foundation exams: 2nd February
• Last date for submission of online examination application forms (without late fees) for Main, PQC, and Foundation exams: 23rd February 2024
• Last date for submission of online examination application forms (with late fees of ₹600/- or US $10) for Main, PQC, and Foundation exams: 2nd March 2024
• For students seeking a change of examination city / medium for the Chartered Accountants Examination: 3rd March-9th March
