Two 'pluses' make a plus, two 'minuses' make a plus. A plus and a minus make a minus.
−4 × (7) = -28 [∵ (-) x (+) = (-)]

In this question, we have to multiply the integers with the same negative sign.
-5 x -6 = 30 [∵ (-) x (-) = +]
