To find the portion which represents people who visited both Mysore and Ooty :

Clearly, 'C' is part of both triangle and circle, => 'C' represents people who visited both places.

A vertical mirror is placed, so the object at the left will appear at the right and vice-versa. So, the circle on the left will appear on the right hand side and square will appear on the left side in the mirror image, hence second option is eliminated.

Also, the two horizontal lines at the bottom are pointing towards left, thus in the mirror image, they will point right, and thus first and last options are also eliminated.

When we complete the above figure, we get :

Now, the last figure resembles the above missing part in blue colour.
