The WTO is an international organization that deals with the global rules of trade between nations. Its main role is to ensure that trade flows as smoothly, predictably, and freely as possible. The WTO was established on January 1, 1995, and its headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland.

These five countries are known as the P5 and hold veto power, which means any of them can block substantive resolutions from being adopted by the Security Council.

Non-permanent members of the Security Council are elected by the General Assembly for two-year terms, and there are ten non-permanent seats in total. These members serve alongside the five permanent members (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) to form the 15-member Security Council.

The Group of Eight (G-8) was an intergovernmental forum of major advanced economies. As of my last update in September 2021, the G-8 members included Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Spain was not a member of the G-8. However, please note that the G-8 became the G-7 in 2014 when Russia was suspended.

The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is an organization of South Asian nations aimed at fostering regional cooperation and development. As of my last update in September 2021, the member countries of SAARC are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Myanmar is not a member of SAARC as it is not located in South Asia.
