I am absolutely honored to the bin us to
talk about Baron a CMOS she was among

was commissioned by the Arts Committee

that place for her so I'm very pleased
about that why I like where it's hanging

I still keep looking at it and wondering
how did the artist bring out of
character so well the detail itself is
absolutely beautiful there couldn't have
been a clearer portrait of her this is
Valerie she looked she brings peace but
there is an awful lot of strength the
strength is actually reflected in the
fact that she chose to where they can
take off the chair I am told it's been
one of the chairs in the artist studio
and that although it looks very
suspiciously like a house of lords chair
it isn't her jewelry comes from Guyana
we all know that ganas got lots of gold
and I am NOT surprised that she chose to
wear it on that day she is
straightforward and you can see that in
her that you know she'll take no
nonsense but I think one can say by her
folded arms in that portrait that she
isn't someone who will raise her voice
she will call me deal with all the
processes so it was no surprise that she
rose to become the leader of the House
of Lords
she had a poor Benny as the artist and
even though he appears to have started
his career as a portrait painter
Leighton later in life it's a true
reflection of her
