Speaker of the House of Commons please
let me welcome you very warmly to the
speaker's school council Awards this is
a scheme to which I attach the greatest
possible importance it's an opportunity
for you and your school to put forward
the project I wish you're most proud for
consideration by the judges it can be a
big proposal it can be a smear proposal
it has to be only a proposal that you
think has made a real difference to your
school and your local community and the
winners get the opportunity to come to
Parliament to be presented with their
awards and to receive the
congratulations that their hard work
their imagination and their initiative
warrant I do hope you'll take part it
