9 . In the right side , you will see the company
info. button F3. Click it .and select the
company whose backup you want to do .Suppose
, I want to do the backup of svtuition.org
company of my blog .Here is its balance sheet
and profit and loss account .Now , I want
to backup of it . Again you have to go to
company info button and go to backup . Click
it by pressing enter . When you click backup
button , you will see , this window .Above
is written source . It means here is storage
of your data . below the source , you will
see the destination .You can choose , c drive
,d drive or e drive where you want to keep
your data's backup.after selecting it , you
will see the list of companies .Suppose , I
want to do the svtuition.org's backup . Select
it and then end of list and after this
you will see the code of company and accept
the form and now suppose , you delete this
company . In the alteration mode . How will
you go here . First click company info and
then click alter . now press , alter+ d and
delete company . After the deleting company
, check it in company info in select company
mode .There is no svtuition.org company in
the selected companies catagories . It means
all the data have been deleted by you , if
you deleted the company.Now restore tool , will
be helpful for you , if you backup tool utilized
under my guidance . Now click restore , you
will see , the destination where the deleted
file will be saved and F drive become the
source because you have saved backup in f
drive . You can check
it . Click my computer . and click f . This
is your file of svtuition.org and the after
selecting it in tally , you will see the company
list select it and accept it . Now again we
see select company , here you will see svtuition
company will again in tally folder . All deleted
file will see in company folder . Please keep
