welcome to lesson two of how to solve
the Rubik's Cube
in the first lesson I showed you how to
create the cross around the yellow
center square the next one is also very
easy as well what I want you to do is
have a look at all the white squares
that we've created they all will have a
color here this one's got the red this
one's got the orange this one's got the
green and that's got the blue now what
we need to do is line up these colors
with their corresponding color so for
example we have the blue here let's keep
moving the bottom two layers around
until there you go
we found the corresponding blue now what
I want you to do is turn the front face
forward twice once and another time
let's now go back and look at the others
so we've got a red here that's already
been lined up with the red so let's do
exactly the same thing as before turn
the front face forward twice let's go to
the next one this is an orange square
next to the white there but we need to
line that up with all the other orange
squares or the other orange square which
is this one here so there we go we've
got that lined up so now we just do the
exact same thing turn the front face
forward twice and the last one is the
green one so I want you to keep turning
this around until you line up the green
and there we go we've got the
corresponding green there and once again
just turn the front face forward twice
and that's it what we've essentially
done is created a white cross down the
bottom but
we'll go to the next step you once you
get comfortable with step 1 and 2 move
on to step 3
