course in this video I'm gonna show a
question I get all the time which is how
many units do you need to order for your
first Amazon FBA order and why so before
I tell you guys to answer that so on

the video so for my personal a personal
recommendation I'm gonna recommend you
guys order between 250 and 500 units the
reason for this is because you want to
have enough inventory you can afford to
do either giveaways or get a steady flow
of sales in order to get your business
going without running out right away so
I know it might seem like a lot for you
guys for your first order to order 250
or 500 units but the Amazon Marketplace
is crazy and things can move very
quickly for my first ever order I
ordered 350 units or so and I sold out
within the first week and I didn't order
on time and after you ran out of
inventory which hurt my business for you
guys I want to make sure that you end up
with enough inventory and you the order
on time so ordering 250 to 500 units is
gonna make sure that once you get your
supply once you get your order you can
actually give out products for a
discount which you aren't gonna be doing
most likely at the start just in order
to get your sales up because you do want
to match your top competitor sales or at
least get close to it in order to get on
that first page and rank your way up to
eventually the first place for that key
term so if I ordered 500 units it'd be
perfect because I can get my products
going say I'm my competitor selling 20
units a day I can give away 20 units per
day at a discounted price and eventually
after about 8 days or so maybe close to
their ranking and or maybe I can even
pass them once I realized that the
products are moving first of all have
more confidence so I know that the
products aren't moving but it could be
difficult to order more because I'm low
on revenue alright I haven't been paid
yet for my first time alone payment but
if you have to find some way whether you
ask a friend or putting on their credit
card or whatever make sure that you're
making a smart decision but borrow money
if you have to you
products moving well and reorder right
away so you can restock if you ordered
only 100 units as soon as you start
making sales you're gonna run out of
inventory and then you're ranking just
gonna drop right away so you want to
make sure you have that little bit of
room right there so that's all for this

you guys a template on how to talk to
suppliers and how to get a lower minimum
order quantity because I know a lot of
people will struggle with getting a
supplier to give them a customized
product or package if they're only
ordering up to 500 units so I'm just
going to you guys how we can do that and
how we can get the best price for our
product in the next video so make sure
you don't talk to supplies without a
