explain to you how to create an entirely
amazing successful business that you
will be able to run forever and make
millions yeah that's not gonna happen in
nine minutes
anyway on a serious note look from my
heart are you ready here's how you run a
successful business I will give you
because this is such a big picture
question I'm gonna give you a big
picture answer you ready the things that
have helped me to run a successful
business now for 15 years been a part of
the empowerment partnership for 20 years
this year we've been in business for 30
years I've been running it for half the
time helped to grow the company get this
information out to you guys conquered

absolutely shifting our whole model and

business successful
oh I'm sorry one more thing to add to

two concepts to every aspect of my life
all of the time the principles for
success the presuppositions of NLP that
idea that you need to be flexible and
continue to learn things as you're
moving down the path letting go of your
stuff a successful person never settles
so never mind talking about business
let's talk about the mindset of success
are you ready
a successful person doesn't accept
excuses a successful person doesn't
accept no a successful person knows
where they want to get to and will do
whatever it takes within integrity and
ethics as far as I'm concerned to
achieve their goal in their results that
is literally what we teach in NLP here
are a whole bunch of tools and
techniques to handle the various
situations that come up in your life
does NLP contain every single tool and
technique
no did I need to learn how to read a
spreadsheet yes is that a part of NLP No
so it is a part of the team
kings of NLP though if you're gonna go
out there and do something you have to
gather the information and to model
successful people I mean literally we
have handed all of you who have taken
these classes the tools to be successful
NLP are modeled techniques from
successful individuals they are
literally how successful people operate
start with the basic stuff principles
for success presuppositions of NLP start
with the simple things letting go of
anger sadness fear and guilt start with
the simple things what is someone that's
already out there who is being
successful what are they doing how do
they think what are their values and the
common themes again are no excuses none
hey I don't feel like doing this today
nope no excuses you get up and you do it
that's how I live my life I live my life
based on these principles and that's why
I'm able to get up and teach these
things the next thing is they know what
they want to do they have a solid goal
and outcome and they've written it down
there are so many studies that are out
there actual studies not the ones that
people make up and talk about I'm
talking about actual studies on writing
down your goal having a focus and
knowing what you want puts you in the 90
percentile of achieving it the next
thing is stop complaining when you get
your goal from my heart you know how
many emails I get of people going oh my
goodness I'm so busy right now and I'll
email them back and go I know you you're
the student that wanted to be successful
in business you're literally complaining
about the goal that you got what's going
on I wanted a kid so much I wanted a
daughter I have this amazing daughter I
love my son don't get me wrong I
absolutely adore him and love him and I
don't know what it is from the time I
was really young I always thought I'd be
a great father to a daughter and I have
a goddaughter and I thought literally
that's all I was gonna have now I have a
daughter and guess what
she is a bundle of energy man she wakes
up sometimes hits the ground and runs
into our room already dressed up in a
princess outfit and I don't get out of
bed as quickly as I used to she does get
out of bed ten times quicker than I used
to and I sit there and I have to remind
myself this is what I wanted this is
what I have created how can I complain
about that
enjoy your success enjoy what you have
right now I say this in trainings all
the time
pat yourself on the back every once in a
while you're doing a good job in every
area of your life and what are you gonna
do to move that forward live by three
simple principles that come from Hoonah
that I learned these from a to a my Kumu
my teacher of hula you ready know where
you have come from remember your history
where have you come from yeah what have
you done in the past the second thing is
what are you doing now be 100% focused
on what you're doing now be present in
the moment so that you get the most out
of the moment and then the third thing
is you need to know who you are I Know
Who I am I Know Who I am meant to be I
know my purpose when you have those
three things you cannot help but be
successful by the way the last piece of
advice here success is inherent success
is what is meant to be out there you are
already empowered you are already
successful what you need to do is you
need to remember that and you need to
tap into it I hope that helps and again
you are already an empowered being
