it's so cold outside but this doesn't
really matter if the heart is full of
worms beginning with this lesson I will
show you some rules that will help you
assign gender in Romanian and I will
start with a feminine because you know
ladies first
so how do you know if a noun is feminine
or not you have to look at its ending
although endings don't always lead you
to the right path they can be of great
help for example nouns ending in O are
almost always feminine mama-mama
fatto fato Moschino Moschino castle
castle they're all feminine nouns ending
in AR are also feminine
for example yama yama san da sander
nouns ending with a diphthong al are
also feminine for example Casa cafe masa
masa some nouns ending in a are also
feminine
for example Carter Carter and for me
Amelia does but not least some nouns
ending in E are also feminine
for example Z Z and don t don t and one
more thing sometimes the meaning of the
word tells you the gender of the noun
for example female animals female humans
female professions female birds and so
on are all feminine more examples very
