alright today we are going to revisit
the construction line which I have done
on a previous video back to basic
construction lines or we can call it an
X line or infinite line this is a
revisit to this construction line
because there are other options that you
can actually utilize in the X line that
may be helpful to you using this project
at 2011 professional edition so let's
get started because you now know that
you can activate the X line on the
construction line via your top- which is
here under draw construction line or the
official or the internal command which
is under project will be infinite line
you can tap it on your command prompt I
NFL int infinite line or you can
actually use the elias's which is the
shortcut a name for construction line
which is called the X line basically the
same you activate the same command ok
let's start with by using this top-
construction lightness you sure I would
prefer using the top- and you can see
there are various options in the first
video we have gone through the
horizontal and also the vertical of
course the angle is quite simple let's
go on the angle happen a and then
reference you can reference an anger or
you can type an angle let's say we want
it to be 50 degree and the an end a
location
this is specified for the screen itself
and let's erase this so the other the
other two options that I would like to
highlight go under draw construction
line again the other options that we
actually missed up on the previous video
is actually device section and also the
parallel or draw options so let's go and
parallel parallel is you type p for
parallel and then offset distance of
parallel infinite line let's say we want
to upset according to this height click
the end point to the end point and then
select the entity for parallel infinite
line just click either this or this is
depending on your requirement so let's
click on this and then the site which is
this site oh or if you click on this
again and then the site which is this
you basically will have that length
there if you can see again the site
click and then at that sign so basically
you will have an equal length to what
your pick just now that is called
parallel option so I hope you get the
idea so the other option will be the
bisection let's go through it
construction line hi sec let's go under
entity which is easier to refer MTT when
you pick an entity okay you will select
a line ugh polyline segments to buy sack
so let's click this you can see it will
go across it will be exactly the center
of this both lines so erase this okay so
you can see if you can check the
distance this town is 50 the bottom
distance is also 15 so let's try this
again by section entity and I click on
this or this depending so let's start
with this as you can see it will draw a
vertical line how are from what you have
picked from the horizontal line we will
be exactly the middle point of this
entity line
okay so the other one would be bisect
and then you click the vertex point so
for example I want to have this point
and then when they ask you o by section
and go start point i will click start
and then angle end point i will click
and done so when you select the start
point at the end point of this which I
have drawn here it will be exactly the
middle point at 90 degree of this two
point of this entity line okay so this
is the so-called revisit or expansion to
the previous video because there are a
few options that have missed out from
the first video so this is it and I hope
you get the idea on the construction
