How to (EASILY) Repurpose & Share Content Across Platforms Video Lecture | Gain good Website Traffic: Drive more Users - Marketing

everybody and this week's question is
this one is from Ladislav and he says
good tips Neil do you think that there's
a big difference between making the
content native on Facebook or keeping on
other platforms essentially if you
create a video piece of video or blogs
keep it on that platform or should you
share it across others
this one's really simple if you have a
video or any form of any form of content
why wouldn't you want to get the most
amount of views whether you start with
Facebook or you start with YouTube or
you start with Instagram you're gonna
create video content might as well
publish it on all the channels out there
to get the most traffic for example a
lot of you guys who are watching this
video are either seeing it on YouTube or
Facebook but there's a whole third
category and funny enough in which the
videos are even more popular than
YouTube and Facebook believe it or not
it's on LinkedIn and you've seen it I
know Facebook sometimes we get fifteen
twenty thirty thousand views YouTube
some are around 10,000 views max for
over time the YouTube ones increase more
than any of the other channels because
YouTube has surged and over time you can
get up to hundreds and thousands of
views but what we found is when we add a
video to LinkedIn we get more views than
any other channel it explodes in the
first week LinkedIn just gives us a ton
more traffic last night I was like
begging him for his LinkedIn secrets I'm
waiting for him and what I tell you it
works really well I know for sure
killing it the point I'm trying to make
is if you're gonna create content my
eyes will get more views for me put it
on YouTube put it on Facebook put on
Instagram put on LinkedIn even if you
don't think LinkedIn has your audience
what harm is there for you to add your
video on LinkedIn you either get some
views or you won't some of those uses
will either convert or they won't but it
doesn't hurt you right and when you're
adding all of these videos on all these
social sites there's one thing you
really have to do is upload an SRT file
for all of you guys who don't know
SRT files are ya there the captions the
transcriptions from every single video
yeah and we use sites like rev.com where
you can go and get your content
transcribed it's really cheap what do we
pay Rev it's a dollar per word dollar
per word yeah
minute per minute yes of course so we
pay a dollar per minute yeah oh wait a
dollar word is a lot better yeah thanks
one dollar two dollars thousand dollars
per video no problem yeah but you're
gonna end up paying a dollar per minute
yeah and I believe they also have
features like if you needed turnaround
faster they charge P Miam amounts is
something like that but in general you
create the transcriptions LinkedIn
YouTube Facebook you can all afford TV
now yeah SRT files and there's also we
both know Tai Lopez Tai does something
interesting if you're looking at video
content he just doesn't upload video
content to all one I've been at his home
where he has me on one of his shows he's
doing a live stream and he's busting out
all these iPhones that it was funny
because he like last 6 of them yeah it's
funny there's like tons of him and he's
like dude he's like my iPhones that I
film with are better than your iPhone
that you use on a regular basis I'm like
yeah he's like do you want a better
iPhone I'm like nah I'm good you like
the four it's something like that but
what he does is when he does his live
streams he does live streams on YouTube
Facebook Instagram pretty much any
platform out there that he can Twitter
all at the same time yeah definitely and
and just on that note if you're not
doing live stream just make sure if you
are like taking a piece of content make
sure you optimize them for each platform
like LinkedIn you can't do longer than
10 minute videos as of right now
Instagram TV you can do longer than
regular Instagram which is only 60
seconds so just make sure you talk to
your editor map out each one and just
have your editor create all the content
as it's designed for each platform
yeah or you can also do a tie to so a
lot of times you can just create short
videos cuz that'll just work for all
platforms that once he also does longer
ones too and then he'll turn them off
and modify but he has a whole team that
right he just creates a lot of content
today that's how you're gonna get ahead
but in general going back to your
question release it on every single
platform out there don't stick with one
right so that's it thank you for
