Today we are going to specifically be talking
about how to get more subscribers

Yes and you know we all want to grow our youtube
channels we want to grow our
Audiences and we have 6 specific strategies
and you know these are, you know
There might be a few others but these are
basically like the 6 possible ways
For people to discover your channel
'cause you gotta look at it like this, if
people don't know you
You have to ask the question how are they
going to find you
Like how are they going to see your content
in the first place
So the first way people can discover your
content is
In YouTube Search and actually if you go into
your YouTube analytics it will tell you how
people
People discover your content, And search a
lot of times you want it to be or is usually
One of the biggest ones - Totally especially
when you are just starting out
And so your goal when it comes to getting
more subscribers is to create videos that
rank in search
And so ask yourself a couple of questions
What are people searching for in my niche? What are the titles they are searching for ?
What are the keywords they are searching for ?
and one of the tools we use for this
Is called Google keyword planner
You can look that up is totally free and when
you figure out those keywords and titles then you want to create really great content
Around those great keywords and titles
And umm that will lead to new people discovering
your channel
And if your content is good then they can
subscribe
And put it simply keep in mind that YouTube
and Google are always search tools ok
They're the biggest search engines in the
world
And that's what you want to consider specially
when you are a first time YouTuber
When creating content
Now the second way we find people getting
new subscribers
Is related videos and this is specifically
for the videos that show up towards
the right side of the video, so for example
if you are watching a green juice
recipe video of someone you follow all the
time right?
And you see another thumbnail and a title
that says the best green juice video
But it's another youtuber that's where you
want to get on to, to get new subscribers
Yeah and we more into more details on this

That shares just general best practices and
that will help you
Show up in related videos and we'll put a
YouTube card it's in the description
And so if you can show up there and meet new
people that means new subscribers
Number 3 Collaborations -Yes
Like this is one of the most solid strategies
for getting new YouTube subscribers
And so the question is who can you collaborate
with
Big or small I mean of course there's like
the dream of collaborating with people
With huge audiences and big subscribers but
any collaboration
I really believe is a valuable collaboration
because you are always you are going to get
New exposure Now how are people that are total
strangers turn into subscribers and
Collabs is a great way to do that
Yes a couple suggestions on collabs specifically
or
If there's a youtuber that have more subscribers
that you do
Then show them what you can offer to help them create even
better content on their channel
Or bring better content to their videos
That might be of value to them even though
you don't have a lot of subscribers
And then hopefully in the process of working
with them you gain subscribers
And one cool way we like to find collabs is
a site called fame bit now we'll put a link
Right on the description so you can learn
more about that
And a lot of people know Famebit for brand
deals and sponsorship deals that they connect
you too
But there is another side and it's actually
collaborations and they sort people by subscriber
account
And you can learn more about the types of
channels
So if you are trying to figure out a way who's
even wanting to collaborate and how to meet
New people fame bit is a way to do that
Tip number 4 Finding an audience outside of
YouTube
So there's a lot of competition, honestly
there is a lot of competition inside YouTube
to gain subscribers
Think about the huge audiences on other platforms
like social media platforms
Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram audiences that
you can gain from those platforms
That might want to follow you on YouTube
Yeah and when we think about outside of YouTube
put in the Hustle here
Like put on your creativity hat and think
about you know just marketing in general
When someone create a business they create
street teams
They put out posters they create wrist bands
t-shirts
You know social media is external strangers
potential finding you
On YouTube and maybe becoming a subscriber
But umm even just think about maybe like physical
umm you know umm media
We know a couple of youtubers that would do
business cards and you know
When they are seen in public and they have
people inquire about what they are doing
They'll give them a card to let them know
more about their channel
There's a YouTube in Vegas that has a bumper
sticker of her channel
And the only reason I found out about her
is because I pulled up behind her on the road
So what are some creative ways that you can
promote your YouTube channel off of YouTube
In addition to that social media Is so powerful
when collecting like minding people
People that have the same passion the same
interest facebook example
Think about facebook groups that are specifically
interested in some type of content
So in YouTube unfortunately there are those
spaces
There aren't those groups of people that collectively
come together
And share posts but on Facebook on Instagram
like other platforms
Those people come together so if you can join
those groups and
Share your own videos umm that's a way to
gain subscribers outside of the YouTube platform
Strategy number 5 is paid advertising
And you can do this inside of YouTube or even
outside of YouTube and one of the ways
To reach total strangers you know organic
reach and you know what call free traffic
just people
Discovering your videos
Can sometimes only go so far - Yeah
So if you can find a little bit of a budget
You can find a way to invest you can do facebook
ads youtube ads adsense
And it doesn't necessarily have to be much
but it's something to consider
That if you want to reach new people new subscribers
paid advertisement is an options
And where paid advertisement really pays off
is for specific audiences
Again going back to number 4 about finding
an audience outside of YouTube
If you go to Facebook you can create advertisement
that really targets
A certain demographic a certain audience and
that's super powerful to consider
Because on YouTube is just this ocean of viewers
versus again a platform a social media
Platform where you can get very specific and
advertise to those people
The 6 tip for gaining more subscribers is
actually just a simple basic practice
That a lot of people forget about call to
action
Keep in mind there is always viewers finding
your videos that might not know
That you regularly upload to your channel
They might not know that you are a youtuber
So you need to remind people and inform them
that do you create videos
and to subscribe for more videos like this
Absolutely so this applies to people that
might be watching your channel regularly
But are not subscribe or new people
And so the key is this include in your video
a call to action to say hey if you liked
