First Impression of the Wacom Intuos Pro Video Lecture | Affinity Photo Tutorials: Basics to Expert - Professional Skills

hey guys ampere bringing you a new
affinity video and in this video I will
be giving you my first impressions on
the Wacom Intuos Pro now Wacom has been
so kind as to send me out a unit of the
Wacom Intuos Pro medium and I kind of
want to give you guys my first
impression on it I could say I blame him
playing around with it just a little bit
I've been a little busy but man it is a
step up from what I've been using so
when come over here and we can paint my
actual strokes so you can we can
actually write things which i think is
really cool so I mean obviously don't
the best Mannering but there's
definitely a lot more freedom being able
to draw freely now it doesn't completely
get rid of the keyboard but it does help
a ton
it basically maps your whole computer
screen to the area of draw so you're
gonna just correspond with what and
there's some hotkeys and a wheel
mechanism allows you to do a bunch of
different things but I've been just
playing around with it and it's been so
fun to play with like it's just so easy
and intuitive to just kind of play
around make drawings
and I kind of just play around and have
some fun with it so you can just kind of
like make shapes and sort of draw I mean
it's very useful an affinity designer
just you know play with it I've seen
that making actual drawings and when
you're done you can come over here to
the panel or the layers panel and group
it so that's a useful feature so a full
review will be coming on this and I'll
show you guys maybe I'll do some speed
art
but uh something that's really useful is
that it has an eraser on it so say I
wanted to draw so if I drew the letter Z
and I didn't like it I can go in and
erase everything say I wanted to draw a
smiley face and I don't like the nose
come in and erase that it's really
useful to just get accurate drawings and
I'm playing with it making some art and
a review will definitely be coming but
it's also extremely useful in a Finity
photo for editing so if I come over here
go down to the in painting brush and
zoom in a little which you can do using
hotkeys which i think is very useful if
I want to come up here say remove this
strand of hair let's see down here we
can move some of this move the hair
strand from here it's really useful to
just get precise what you exactly want
instead of having to go in with the
mouse and sort of draw it in roughly
with your mouse and then correct it so
you can Hannah you can see
all the things that you can do so if you
want to like come up here sort of it out
it's a very very useful if you wanna
like this little blemish there right
there you can come in and you can really
adjust everything you really can click
on everything so if you wanted to change
the hardness of the brush I'm doing this
all on the pen right now it is a quite
an amazing tool to get really like
precisely in there and it's just such a
cool tool to use I mean like especially
if you wanted selection brush you really
want to get precise in there you can
really just kind of go quickly
and see if we can just come over here we
can even say more Pinker lips and
obviously we'd go in and touch it up it
wouldn't just be like that but it's very
it's very useful there's keys on the
button to give you more control there's
eight hot keys and a circle wheel which
allows you to adjust certain things it
even comes with a stand for the pen it's
just an amazing tool I'll definitely be
using it more as the weeks and months go
on but I just wanted to give you with my
first impression and a full review will
be coming along the way I just wanted to
show you guys you know what I got right
here it's it's amazing it's a whole step
up and it will really help me fine tune
craft drawing now I wasn't always the
best arse just more of a graphic design
but I think I'll be getting into drawing
more but that is my first impression of
the walk hone into his pro medium if you
