Answer is (b) 10 20 30 40Reason:- Take any two vectors and add them (20+10=30) so our new magnitudes are 30 30 and 40. Now choose and two vectors like 40 and 30. Their max value is 70 and minimum is 10 (40+30 and 40-30) If the third vector lies in the rabge 10-70 the resultant can be 0 which is true in this case (30 lies between 10&70) . Try this with other options and you will not get same result
