Solution:
Let's assume,
- Nawaz's age = N
- Jatin's age = J
15 years ago:
- Nawaz's age = N - 15
- Jatin's age = J - 15
According to the given condition,
- N - J = 15 ----(1)
- N - 15 = 2 (J - 15) ----(2)
Solving Equations:
From equation (1),
- N = J + 15 ----(3)
Substituting equation (3) in equation (2),
- J + 15 - 15 = 2 (J - 15)
- J = 45 ----(4)
Substituting the value of J from equation (4) to equation (3),
- N = 60 ----(5)
Answer:
Present age of Nawaz is 60 years and Present age of Jatin is 45 years.
