I would like to bring this to your kind notice that my name is Ravi Orange, and I am a head boy studying in Nehru Public School, Delhi. Our school administration is planning to organize a summer vacation tour for our group of students by next month.

During the summer vacation school administration plans to visit Kashmir. As there are around thirty students and ten teachers who shall be traveling for the tour, so it becomes our duty to make all possible arrangements in advance. I would here by like to request you to kindly forward me the complete tour plan along with details of travel and stay including boarding and lodging facility.
