When they met for the rst time, Distance covered by Krishna = d km
Distance covered by Shruti = 2X-d km
So the ratio of speeds of Shruti and Krishna is 2X - d : d ...(1)
Between 1st and 2nd meeting, Distance covered by Krishna = d/2 km
So distance covered by Shruti will be = (X-d)+(X-3d/2)= 2X-5d/2
So the ratio of speeds of Shruti and Krishna in this case will be 2X-5d/2 : d/2 ..(2)
By equating (1) and (2)
Therefore the distance between Delhi and Noida is 2d and Krishna will take 2 hours to cover that distance with speed of d km/hr.

Let Shruti's speed be 's' km/hr and Krishna's speed be 'k' km/hr.
Let's also assume that Shruti and Krishna meet 'x' km away from Delhi.
First Meeting:
Shruti travels 'x' km and meets Krishna after 1 hour of starting.
Krishna also travels 'x' km in the same time.
Therefore, the total distance covered by both of them = 2x km.
Second Meeting:
After the first meeting, Shruti turns back and covers 'x' km to reach Delhi.
Krishna continues his journey and covers the remaining distance of 'd - x' km to reach Noida.
After reaching Noida, Shruti turns back again and starts covering the distance towards Noida.
After 30 minutes of travel, she meets Krishna again.
In 30 minutes, Shruti covers (s/2) km as her speed is halved.
Krishna covers (k/2) km in the same time.
Therefore, the total distance covered by both of them = (d - x) + (s/2) + (k/2) km.
Equating both the distances covered by both of them, we get:
2x = (d - x) + (s/2) + (k/2)
Solving this equation, we get:
x = (d/3)
Substituting the value of 'x' in the above equation, we get:
d/3 = (2d/3) + (s/2) + (k/2)
Solving this equation, we get:
d = 2k
Therefore, time taken by Krishna to cover the distance between Delhi and Noida = d/k = 2k/k = 2 hours.
