Absolute Monarchy:
Saudi Arabia is ruled by the Al Saud monarchy, with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud currently serving as the monarch. The king holds absolute power and makes all key decisions, including appointments to government positions, without any form of democratic process. The citizens do not have the opportunity to participate in shaping the government or electing their leaders.

Limited Human Rights:
Saudi Arabia has faced criticism for its poor human rights record. The country restricts freedom of expression, assembly, and association, suppressing dissent and criticism of the government. The government imposes strict controls on the media and internet, limiting access to information and silencing voices that oppose the regime. Additionally, Saudi Arabia has faced international scrutiny for its treatment of women, religious minorities, and human rights activists.

Overall, both China and Saudi Arabia lack the fundamental principles of democracy, such as political freedom, pluralism, and respect for civil liberties. These factors contribute to their classification as non-democratic countries.
