ICl, NO, SO2, CH2Cl2, and OCS are polar having a net dipole moment. Cl2 obviously is non-polar. BF3 due to pπ-pπ back bonding has bond angle of 120 degrees making the molecule non polar. CO2 is linear with zero net dipole moment. XeF4 is planar in shape with octahedral geometry with 4 F atoms in the square plane and two lone pairs perpendicular to it in opposite directions. So it's net dipole moment is also zero.
