    Step 1: Calculation of traffic growth rate (G)
    G = (1 + r)^(n/15) - 1
    G = (1 + 0.06)^(15/15) - 1
    G = 0.06

    Step 2: Calculation of cumulative growth factor (CF)
    CF = (1 + G)^n - 1
    CF = (1 + 0.06)^15 - 1
    CF = 1.13

    Step 3: Calculation of design traffic (DT)
    DT = CF x D x F x IT
    DT = 1.13 x 0.75 x 4 x 3000
    DT = 10215
