The ratio of the length to breadth of a lawn is 3:5 It costs Rs. 3200 ...
Given:
Length to breadth ratio = 3:5
Cost of fencing = Rs. 3200 at Rs. 2/m
Cost of developing = Rs. 10/m²

Let's assume the length of the lawn is 3x and the breadth is 5x.
Perimeter of the lawn = 2(length + breadth)
= 2(3x + 5x)
= 16x

Cost of fencing = Perimeter × Rate
3200 = 16x × 2
x = 100

Therefore, the length of the lawn = 3x = 300m and the breadth = 5x = 500m

Area of the lawn = Length × Breadth
= 300 × 500
= 150000 m²

Cost of developing = Area × Rate
= 150000 × 10
= Rs. 15,00,000

Therefore, the cost of developing the lawn at the rate of Rs. 10/m² is Rs. 15,00,000.
