Mr. Nath is an introvert man. I think he lives alone because he doesn’t have a family. He might have met with some unfortunate fire accident that left him scars. People might be scared of him because of the unpleasant scars and perhaps that is why he didn’t interact much with people around him but he certainly was a polite man.
