So you just do is find 50% which is 40 then find 10% which is 8 but multiply by 2 to get 20% and that would give you 16. then to find 1% divide 80 by 100 and it is 0.80 then again multiply by 2 to get 2% which is 1.60.
Now add all these numbers:
40+16 is 56
56+1.6 is 57.6
57.6 is the number of girls in the class. To find the number of boys you need to subtract 57.6 from 80.
The calculation would be 80-57.6 which gives you 22.4.
Hence the answer for the number of boys in the classroom is 22.4.
