Correct answer will be option A bcz if a=b will satisfy then 2nd matrix will become identity matrix.(multiplying any matrix with identity matrix results into that matrix only.)
let's say first matrix A and 2nd matrix B. since 2nd matrix is identity matrix so, (AB=BA) we can say matrix A and matrix B are commute under multiplication.
(or) if theta=nπ then matrix A will become identity matrix bcz cosπ=-1 and sinπ=0( just take( -) outside )
then also it will satisfy AB=BA since A is identity matrix now.
