The three types of muscular tissue or muscles are:- (1)straited muscles- the cell of this tissue is long, cylindrical and multinucleated.
(2) smooth muscles or involuntary muscles:- it provides the movement of food in the alimentary canal or the contaction and relaxation of blood vessels.
(3)cardic muscles:- the cell of this tissue is long, cylindrical, branched and uninucleated.it is present in the heart cells.

Structure, Location, and Functions of Three Types of Muscles:

There are three types of muscles in the human body: skeletal muscles, smooth muscles, and cardiac muscles. Each type of muscle has different structures, locations, and functions.

Skeletal Muscles:
- Structure: Skeletal muscles are attached to bones by tendons and are responsible for the movement of the body. They are made up of long, cylindrical cells called muscle fibers. These muscle fibers contain multiple nuclei and are striated or striped in appearance due to the arrangement of protein filaments.
- Location: Skeletal muscles are primarily found attached to the skeleton and are responsible for voluntary movements, such as walking, running, and lifting objects.
- Functions: The main function of skeletal muscles is to facilitate voluntary movements and provide stability and support to the body. They also help maintain posture, generate body heat, and protect internal organs.

Smooth Muscles:
- Structure: Smooth muscles are non-striated and have spindle-shaped cells. They contain a single nucleus and lack the striated appearance found in skeletal muscles. These muscles are involuntary and contract slowly.
- Location: Smooth muscles are found in the walls of various organs throughout the body, including the digestive system, blood vessels, uterus, and respiratory system.
- Functions: Smooth muscles are responsible for involuntary movements, such as the contraction of the stomach during digestion, the narrowing of blood vessels (vasoconstriction), and the dilation of the bronchioles in the lungs. They also play a role in regulating blood pressure and moving substances through the digestive tract.

Cardiac Muscles:
- Structure: Cardiac muscle is striated and has branched, interconnected cells. It contains a single nucleus and is capable of contracting rhythmically without external stimulation.
- Location: Cardiac muscles are exclusively found in the heart and are responsible for its contraction and pumping of blood.
- Functions: The main function of cardiac muscles is to contract and relax in a coordinated manner to pump blood throughout the body. They are capable of sustaining rhythmic contractions without tiring, ensuring continuous blood circulation.

Overall, the three types of muscles differ in their structures, locations, and functions. Skeletal muscles are attached to bones, responsible for voluntary movements, and have a striated appearance. Smooth muscles are found in the walls of organs, responsible for involuntary movements, and lack striations. Cardiac muscles are exclusive to the heart, responsible for its rhythmic contractions, and are striated as well. Understanding these differences helps us appreciate the diverse roles played by each type of muscle in the human body.
