The correct order of hybridization of the central atom in the following species is:

1. NH3: The central atom in NH3 is nitrogen (N). Nitrogen has 5 valence electrons. In NH3, nitrogen forms 3 sigma bonds with hydrogen atoms, using 3 of its valence electrons. The remaining 2 valence electrons are in a lone pair. Therefore, the hybridization of the central atom in NH3 is sp3.

2. [PtCl4]2-: The central atom in [PtCl4]2- is platinum (Pt). Platinum has 6 valence electrons. In [PtCl4]2-, platinum forms 4 sigma bonds with chloride (Cl) atoms, using 4 of its valence electrons. The remaining 2 valence electrons are in a lone pair. Therefore, the hybridization of the central atom in [PtCl4]2- is sp3d2.
