Solution:

As per the affinity laws of centrifugal pumps,

- Flow rate is directly proportional to the impeller radius
- Power required is directly proportional to the cube of the impeller radius

Thus, we have the following relationship between the heads:
(h1/h2) = (r1/r2)^2

Substituting the given values, we get:
(10/h2) = (10/ r2)^2

Solving for h2, we get:
h2 = 8.1 m
