Roshan has three daughters Riya, Piya and Siya. He divides 21 chocolat...
Given, Riya gets 1 chocolate, Siya gets 3 chocolates and Piya gets 5 chocolates.

Let the number of chocolates Riya gets be x.

Then, Siya gets 3x chocolates and Piya gets 5x chocolates.

Total number of chocolates = x + 3x + 5x = 9x

We know that, total number of chocolates = 21

Therefore, 9x = 21

x = 21/9 = 7/3

But x should be a whole number, so we can take x = 2.

Therefore, Riya gets 2 chocolates, Siya gets 6 chocolates and Piya gets 10 chocolates.

Total number of chocolates received by Siya = 3x = 3*2 = 6

But this is not the final answer.

We know that Riya gets 1 chocolate and Siya gets 3 chocolates for every chocolate that Riya gets.

Therefore, Siya gets 3 times the number of chocolates that Riya gets.

So, Siya gets 3*2 = 6 chocolates.

Hence, the correct answer is option D) 15.
