For balanced wheat stone bridge 
x(100 − l1) = y × l1
So x(100 − 39.5) = 12.5(39.5)
x = 8.16 Ω
If x and y inter changed
y(100 − l2) = xl2
12.5(100 − l2) = 8.16 l2
get l2 = 60.5 cm
