Given Information:
- There are 7 people - A through G - in the family.
- Each person has a different profession - Engineer, Doctor, Teacher, Tennis player, Musician, Journalist, and Accountant.
- There are three couples in the family, one in the first generation and two in the second generation.
- The Journalist is married to G, whose father is the Engineer.
- The Tennis player is the nephew of C.
- F, the Teacher, is B's paternal grandmother.
- A and B are of the same gender.
- D, the brother-in-law of the Doctor, is married to the Accountant.

Deriving the Relationships:
Based on the given information, we can derive the following relationships:

- G, the Journalist, is married to the Engineer. Therefore, G is the daughter of the Engineer.
- C is the parent of the Tennis player since the Tennis player is their nephew.
- F, the Teacher, is the paternal grandmother of B. This means that F is the mother or father of B's parent.
- A and B are of the same gender, so they cannot be a couple in the first generation. Therefore, A and B must be siblings in the second generation.
- D, the brother-in-law of the Doctor, is married to the Accountant. This means that the Doctor is married to D's sister, who is the Accountant.

Summary of Relationships:
Based on the given information and derived relationships, we can summarize the family relationships as follows:

- First Generation:
- Engineer - G (daughter of the Engineer)
- Journalist - G (married to the Journalist)
- Second Generation:
- Tennis player - C (parent is C)
- Musician - C (sibling of the Tennis player)
- Teacher - F (parent of B's parent)
- Doctor - D (married to the Doctor)
- Accountant - D (sister of the Doctor's spouse)
- B (sibling of A, child of F's parent)
- A (sibling of B, child of F's parent)

Tennis Player's Relationship to the Accountant:
Since the Tennis player is the nephew of C and C is married to the Musician, the Tennis player must be the child of one of C's siblings. The only sibling of C mentioned in the given information is B. Therefore, the Tennis player is the child of B.

Since D, the Accountant, is married to the Doctor, and the Tennis player is the child of B, who is the sibling of the Doctor, we can conclude that the Tennis player is the son of the Accountant.

Hence, the answer is option (b) - Son.
