P is second to the right of E, who is at one of the ends. Clearly, E must be at left most to place P 2nd to the right of E.

S is the immediate neighbour of P and B and third to the left of R. So S must be between P and B to become the immediate neighbour of both.

H is to the immediate left of Q and third to the Left of I; this holds true only when H sits immediate right to R.

Q who is to the immediate left of F is third to the right of C.

Now, only T is left so it is automatically filled between E and P.

Clearly, H, Q, F and I are sitting right to the R.
