Solution:

Given:
Voltage of the AC source, V1 = 200V
Voltage of the lamp, V2 = 6V
Power of the lamp, P2 = 30W

To find:
Current in the primary coil of the transformer, I1.

Formula used:
Power = Voltage x Current
Since the transformer is ideal, the power input is equal to the power output.

Calculation:
Power output = Power input
P1 = P2
V1 x I1 = V2 x I2
I1 = (V2/V1) x I2 ------(1)

We know that the power of the lamp is 30W.
P2 = 30W

Since, Power = Voltage x Current
Therefore, I2 = P2/V2
I2 = 30W/6V
I2 = 5A

Using equation (1)
I1 = (V2/V1) x I2
I1 = (6V/200V) x 5A
I1 = 0.15A = 150mA

Therefore, the current in the primary coil of the transformer is 150mA.

Answer: (D) 150mA
