Find the number of 5 digit numbers formed using digits (0,1,2,4,6,8,9)...
Solution:

Total number of digits available = 7

Number of digits to be selected = 5

Repetition is allowed

To find the number of 5 digit numbers that can be formed using the given digits, we can use the multiplication principle.

First digit has 6 options out of 7 (excluding 0)

The remaining 4 digits have 7 options each

Therefore, the total number of 5 digit numbers that can be formed using the given digits = 6 x 7 x 7 x 7 x 7 = 15511

Hence, the correct option is (a) 15511.
