Short Cut Method to Find the Ratio of Men and Women's Salaries:

Step 1: Calculate the Total Salary of Men and Women
- Let the total number of employees be 5x (3x men and 2x women)
- Total salary of all employees = 20000 * 5x = 100000x
- Total salary of men = 20800 * 3x = 62400x
- Total salary of women = 16800 * 2x = 33600x

Step 2: Find the Ratio of Total Men's Salary to Total Women's Salary
- Ratio of men's salary to women's salary = 62400x : 33600x
- Simplify the ratio by dividing by the highest common factor, which is 2400x
- Simplified ratio = 26 : 14 or 13 : 7
