MICROECONOMICS and MACRO ECONOMICS

Microeconomics deals with the functioning of individual industries and the behaviour of individual economic decision making units :firms and households. Firm's choices what about what to produce and how much to charge and household's choices about what and how much to buy .
Microeconomics addresses who gets the goods and services that are produced ? it helps to understand
how resources are distributed among households.what determines who is rich and who is poor?

Macroeconomics looks at the economy as a whole.
Instead of tryingto understand what determines the output of a single firm or industry or what the consumption patterns are of single or group of households ,macroeconomics examines the factors that determine national output,or national product.
