Option c is correct because to find the average velocity there are two ways

1 is to calculate the arithimetic mean of the velocity which in this case is (u+v)/2 . This formula work only when velocity changes at uniform rate .
2 way is to calculate the total displacement and divided it by the total time taken to cover it i.e (Total displacement )/ Total Time.
This works in every case
