Arranging the Delegates:
1. From the given information, we know that the delegate from country A sits on seat 1. Therefore, the delegate from country B will sit on seat 2 (as B is on the right of A).
2. Since the delegate from country C sits adjacent to D, the delegate from country D must sit on seat 3 or seat 8.
3. The delegate from country E sits opposite A and H sits adjacent to E, so E will sit on seat 4 or seat 5 and H will sit on the other.
4. The delegate from country F sits opposite G, so F will sit on seat 6 or seat 7 and G will sit on the other seat.
